Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast

Found some of the front of house staff to be quite surly,and really felt they were in the wrong profession. Rooms and hotel now looking a bit dated ,but were clean and well serviced. Great choices for buffet brekky,but again staff grumpy.!! Pool area and staff were great ,and helpul/friendly lot. Management need to do some staff training re the `Hospitality` aspect. Didn`t really feel like a guest at all. Otherwise not a bad Hotel overall. I would certaintly stay again.

The island environment is amazingly sub-tropical. The hotel has lush vegetation and is surrounded by a river. There is plenty to do even if you're not there for the Casino side of things. The staff seem to really care and were always courteous and helpful. After a walk into Surfers Paradise and back, it was like "coming home" to get back to my room with its views all the way to the Hinterland. If you are a gambler, this is also the place for you.

Started well with being booked in at 12.30pm without any delay. Room clean and well supplied. All staff very helpful and smiling. Bathroom starting to show its age but clean and plenty of space. Fridge rather full with over priced drinks etc.

Lovely room. Wasn't as noisy as I feared. Big bonus: they included bath salts in the amenities so once the event I attended was over I could return to my room and soak in the tub, resting my poor feet.

Enjoyed this hotel. Good value good service and everything you could want.

Couldn't fault a thing! The food was excellent ... service fantastic ... room lovely. And I highly recommend the 'beauty salon' - the girls were extremely helpful and very friendly, and I had the best pedicure I've ever had!

Room furniture was very old but apart from that everything else was okay!

I had a very enjoyable stay with no problems or complaints. It was very handy to the convention centre where I spent a lot of time over several days.

Executive room was very tired. Asked for nonsmoking and we were placed in a smoking room. Wet tea towel left in room from previous occupant. Have stayed here on many occasions and were a little disappointed this time as the room, even though was an executive room, was small compared to our previous stays. Was not worth the extra money we paid, especially as we did not receive our non smoking room. Will probably stay in newer establishments that are close by and better value for money.

Great location if your sole destination is the casino - just don't expect speed from the monorail service (which gets you over to Broadbeach shops)! Room itself was good, but general vibe of the hotel's public areas occasionally unpleasant, thanks to overwhelming numbers of casino patrons and security staff.

It is amizing, when we saw our upline leaders and owners of the company , stay in the same wonderful plice as we did and we can afford to stay in. You can not get better than that. It was super. ps Thank you for the member price.

Great stay, only downside was a strange smell from the toilet and the paper not arriving in the morning. Otherwise, worth the money

The staff and services at Jupiters were amazing. Also, the pre-stay service we got from Hotel Club was excellent including the amazing savings they passed onto us. I will definitely be using Hotel Club again for my travels.
