"This hotel is nicely situated close to one of the larger shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur however the rooms are beginning to look a little dated and tired. Breakfast wasn't the usual international buffet one might expect, very asian but you can order eggs and pancakes from your table. Staff service cannot be faulted, check in and check out was amazingly fast and smooth and the free in room broadband internet access was a real plus." - Anonymous

"This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The new Pavilion shopping centre has just opened over the road - absolutley state of the art shopping on the doorstep. Staff and service were both impressive..the only down point would be the hot breakfast which you order at your table - bizarrely it arrives lukewarm regardless of what you order- however the cold buffet is good and the croissants are worth a mention. We'll be staying there again. Great value." - Anonymous
