JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The pillows and duvet cover were the best highlights of the room. Just across the Pavilion Mall and at the heart of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is well maintained. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best location for city centre KL

very good location for shopping. room is clean and services are efficient.

This hotel is nicely situated close to one of the larger shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur however the rooms are beginning to look a little dated and tired. Breakfast wasn't the usual international buffet one might expect, very asian but you can order eggs and pancakes from your table. Staff service cannot be faulted, check in and check out was amazingly fast and smooth and the free in room broadband internet access was a real plus.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The new Pavilion shopping centre has just opened over the road - absolutley state of the art shopping on the doorstep. Staff and service were both impressive..the only down point would be the hot breakfast which you order at your table - bizarrely it arrives lukewarm regardless of what you order- however the cold buffet is good and the croissants are worth a mention. We'll be staying there again. Great value.

The hotel is in a great location just minutes away on foot from the malls with large rooms and very helpful staff.

Good hotel ina great location in the heart of shopping area. The service was also pretty good. Breakfast was good, but not great as compared to other Marriott hotels. Excellant spa facilities.. will stay there again.

It was the best hotel, as it was very central, and walking distance between the different shopping centres, the timesquare, and it had the best customer service especially the butlers and the restaurant. Recommended, its also attached to a shopping centre, and downstairs is a world of different restaurants you can choose from just hidden away from all the rush

The location of the hotel is ideal for the main shopping areas within Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and the maid that attended our room was very helpful and polite. The service we recieved during our short stay only made the break that much more enjoyable. I can do nothing but reccomend the hotel.

This is a hotel of a very high standard. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. There is a free broadband facility in the room if you have a laptop. The staff were very friendly. The main shopping areas are only minutes away. Would recommend this hotel highly.

JW Marriott provides the best service, location and prices for a top class hotel anywhere in KL. The prices at various restaurants attached to the hotel are also competitive with local restaurants and cafe's in the area. We were a little disapointed in the breakfast not being available at the pool during our last visit (Oct 2004) as this is usually memorable. This is our third stay at the JW Marriott but not the last!
