Kamala Beach Resort (a Sunprime Resort)

If you are looking for a nice hotel where you can sit back and relax, I would recommend this hotel. The service was great, the pools were very clean, and the food was tasty. Make sure you check out the sunset from the hotel bar!

great location right on the beach. Hotel has good clen pools and good qaulity of food, staff are helpful and the whole hotel is relaxed and laid back. It is a 2min stroll to the Kamala's main strip which has many restaurants, bars etc etc... Kamala is a lovely area with a multi national family feel. Also on 300bt to Patong if you want a more lively night out!!!

The cleanliness of the hotel was good apart from the main lobby which had a foul smell. Good location as the hotel was right on the beach & there were bars & restaurants nearby. The pool bar is fantastic. Even though they could do with new ironing facilities.

We. my wife and me, were very saticfied with the hotel and the good service we got from the hotel staff. This was the first trip for us too Thailand, and hopefully not the last. When, and if we come back to Thailand, we will for sure try to get back to Kamala Beach Hotel and Resort. It was a nice quiet place for relaxsation, and nearest town(Patong) were only 15 min. away in a Tuk-Tuk. Fantastic place and very nice people everywhere.

Stayed there for 4 nights, best feature is that the hotel is located right on the beach, restaurant too. Current is too strong for swimming, but there's 2 big swimming pools. Service is friendly, if there's more facilities introduce to the hotel, it would be a plus. If you want to stay away from the madness of Patong, yet still want a 7-11, restaurants, massages round the corner while you frolick in the waves, this hotel has what you are looking for.

An excellent value for your money. A real paradise for those who want to avoid crowded beaches and prefere a relaxing holiday which is not very expensive.

A most excellent hotel in every way. 1st class service from the moment we arrived. Rooms were very clean and with all the ammenities and the hotel itself spotless. It has 2 pools which were both very large. The food and the drink in the hotel was very reasonably priced and most excellent. The staff were very friendly and serviced to every need. They had an instore trip person who charged the same as on the street, no commission involved. Would visit again.
