"The Kappa Hotel is a very good friendly hotel with personal supervision from the owner/manager. The space and facilities are excellent, and the breakfast choice is generous. The service we received was excellent, with the exception that on our last morning the staff turned up late for breakfast (we are early risers). The hotel is not in central Venice, but is on a good bus route. The no. 2 bus runs every 15 minutes and takes about half an hour to reach the Piazzale Roma where all road transport stops, and all boat services can be accessed. It passes Mestre train station on the way, which is convenient for other parts of the country." - Walter Houston

Our Hotel Kappa is a three stars Hotel, it has 19 rooms all equipped with private bath, shower, TV-Lcd, TV-Sat , telephone, air conditioning, hair dryer , safe box, modem line; threre is an internet corner for our guests and also a Wireless Internet Connection.
We serve buffet breakfast that is always includeed in the room price; there is also a closed-private parking on request.

Our Hotel is around 5 km far from the airport as from Venice, which can easy reached by taxi in less than 10 minutes or by bus in less than 15 minutes. Bus stop for Venice is just in front of the Hotel. (The bus to Venice is number 2, wich runs every ten minutes until late).
If you came by train, you will go dawn in Mestre-Venezia, going out from the station, cross the road, get bus num.2, go down in Carpenedo square, from where you can easly see the Hotel.
If you come by car (we have private parking,), coming from the highways you have to go at the exit Mestre-Venezia, after Mestre-Venezia tollgate take the exit Castellana and following for the center, to go left up of the bridge and at the crosslight to turn left. Afterward reach the end of the road (V.le Garibaldi) on Carpenedo square.
