Getting there:From Phuket Airport: Sharing Taxi would cost around 300 bht and take arround 1hr Private Taxi costs 850 bht and reach you hotel in 45 Minutes. From Phuket Twon Bus Station. Private Taxi charge arround 500bht and reach you hotel in 30 minutes.
Check-in Procedure:Early check in upto 2 hours (No Charge). Late check out upto two hours (No Extra Charge). More than two hours late check out would be charged Half day. Late check out and early check in is subject to availibility of rooms.
Car parking:karon Sea Sands has private parking space. Which is free of charge for inhouse Guests.
Child Policy:Children 4-12 years of age sharing room with parents with out extra bed is free of charge but have to pay for breakfast. Baby cot is free of charge.
Very near the beach and the massage place is just outside the Resort!
Great location. It is right across from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops within a walking distance. Very quiet, nice buffet breakfast. they let us check in very early and have breakfast on the same day of arrival. Complimentary fruit basket.SPA is overpriced, they didn't have any promotions or discounts like other SPAs did.
I felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel. However, arrangement for tour (city or Phi Phi) was not well organized so they need to improve this service. All in all, hotel is still a good choice- will recommend to friends.

Beautiful, friendly and really clean hotel. We got a good value for our money. Spaceful rooms, easy to stay with two children in same room. Beautiful pool-area, safe for children. We liked the hotel a lot with children 5 and 2 years. This hotel is really trying to do it´s best. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were quite good, but little too expensive for us. Small but ok gym.
This was a great hotel for a nice relaxing vacation. Across the street from Karon beach (much less crowded than Patong Beach, even over Chinese New Year). It was never a problem to get a chair/umbrella by the pool or at the beach even though hotel was full. Beautful beach to swim or relax. Good tour desk to book day trips! Close to Patong (5-10 min by Tuk Tuk) for the nightlife as well.
Karon Sea Sands resort was a great experience for my husband and I. The beach is nice and directly across the street from the hotel and you cannot beat the price for this resort! I would recommend this hotel to anyone...great value, very clean and perfect location.
Loved our poolside room where we stepped straight from our room balcony to the pool. Room was large and comfortable. Great location opposite the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. Beware the small travel agents in the streets. We booked a trip to Phi Phi Island - our "pick up" arrived one hour late, and others in the pick up van said they had been waiting since seven o'clock in the morning and were picked up at 12 o'clock!
