"I booked this hotel for my family there was a mix up with the taxi and they were dropped off at the wrong hotel.
They requested that the hotel send someone to pick them up and was told 15 mins.
After more than 1 hour no one turned up and they called again only to be told to "sort it out yourself".
What a disgrace, I had to call and get angry to get any action.

"The resort was lovely but in the first room we stayed in the shower would not empty out and had to be sorted out by maintenance also remote control did not work. The other room rented the basin continually blocked up, the toilet also stopped flushing away. General maintenance was an issue for the resort. If it was not for this basic problem on maintenance and plumbing this would be a fantastic hotel" - Joy Warren
"kata palm was awesome. the only bad thing is that they dont have a lot of lighting throughout the grounds so walking around at night can be a little tricky sometimes. " - chelsey malivanek
