Kata Poolside Resort Phuket

WIFI was abysmal. When not out of action it was painfully slow - unacceptable for a paid service. Hotel has only about 12 rooms that have a pool view, so do not be misled by the hotel name! Rooms were clean & comfy, lots of places to eat nearby, but no shuttle to Patong was a disappointment.

Great ,well priced,central,service excellent,friendly competent staff,excellent breakfast,room large ,comfortable and clean.So close to beach,pool gorgeous for quiet escape from town,and very lagre.Good for excercise and laps.very good value for money,and would stay again .I will return soon.

Rooms: big, alright beds, small tv, needs improvement on the shower and tub Bkft: limited, cold @ times Service: friendly Amenities: nice pool, no free wireless internet though Location: great, with the bus terminal right in front, kata beach 100m away and various restaurants, minimarts along the same stretch. all in all, value for $$. recommended for those on budget and those who wants away from crowded Patong beach.

Very nice room set up, great for a couple. Nice clean pool with pool bar. Located behind other buildings so the entrance is hidden. Good selection of channels on television. Close walk to beach. I would stay here again. I would book the balcony rooms, some over look the pool! really nice.

Good facilities in room and good service-mind of staff.

A very nice poolside to relax and enjoy. They could possibly add in the future some kind of shuttle into the nearby beaches for use of guests.

We have stayed here afew times & would definitely recommend it! The only problem I thought we might have was getting a sun lounger by the pool (there doesnt seem to be enough) however as the hotel is only a stones throw from the beach everyone seems to go down there during the day leaving the pool area quiet. The staff were more than helpful, giving us a pool view room as requested then moving us to a pool access room when one came available. The rooms are lovely & clean. The only problem we found was the Wi-Fi connection was bad when trying to use our lap top. We will definitely book at Poolside again.

Very close to beach, lovely pool at hotel. Staff ok, but you get the feeling they are taking the mickey out of you. Room, lovely and large, quite clean

Conveniently located nice and clean Hotel at the very heart of Kata Beach Center, only few minutes from the beach and only minute away from the shops and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful to stay and relax.

Nice, large, clean room. Great breakfast. Check the offerings down the street before booking day tours with the hotel desk (they offer the most expensive available and there are cheaper, better options).
