Kata Sea Breeze Resort Phuket

Wonderful hotel on Kata Beach Area. We were upgraded to the Deluxe Poolside which was marvelous for the children. They wish they could stay longer. Staffs was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The resort is very good especially the swimming pool.

Wow, what a resort.. Great value for money if you dont want the hustle n bustle of patong. Yet its only 15mins away. Great service, very friendly and helpfull staff. Huge rooms, awsome pool, and great buffet breakfast. Id reccommend this resort to anyone that wants a quiet relaxing holiday.. Its is the best hotel ive ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

We've stayed here a few times now & definitely recommmend it. The only thing I thought would be a problem was the limited number of loungers around the pool however as the hotel is only a stones throw from the beach everyone seems to go there & the pool area remains quiet most of the day! The staff are great & the Lobster & Prawn Restaurant attached has been consistently good for years (we first went to it 10 years ago when it was just a shack & some of the staff are still there now!). We will definitely go back!

Awesome Hotel for the money. Pool at back door of room and very large room with a lot of class in style.

Good Hotel with nice swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. I also had one of the rooms with direct pool access which was very convenient. The only negatives are that WiFi reception was not very good in the room (they charge 200Bt per 24 hour to use Internet), the other negatives are that the resort is full of package tourists and that it's a rather long walk to the beach since the hotel is situated behind the Club Med.

This was our 3rd stay at Sea Breeze & we really enjoyed it again. The pool access rooms are well worth paying the extra money for however went up in price massively half way through our stay so we opted to change hotels instead, we payed £23pn for 6 nights then they went up to £50pn which we thought was too expensive! The hotel is right in between the beach end & the town end of Kata so only a short 10 minute walk either way. The staff are great & breakfast is good too. We will stay again as long as they keep the prices down!

Nice and quite resort. Good location. Room with pool access is absolutely a good choice. I will recommend this resort for sure.

beautiful pool room and hotel is suitable for family with small children..friendly and helpful staff although english is slightly difficult..extremely clean hotel one thing that was a bother tho was their white bath towels were a bit old and well past it's due date,looked as tho it had been used to mop up floor,also did'nt like the fact that you had to pay for coffee and sugar e.t.c in your room.food was ok but might pay to cover it up from the flies sitting on bread and cereal bowl.overall apart from my small complaints, we'll definately be staying there same time nxt yr, also 5 min to beach and shopping:)

Nice resort in a great area. The beach is 2 min walk and it's probably one of the best in Phuket

Spent our three last days in Thailand at this hotel which I found on the internet. Nice room and convenient with the pool acess from our balcony. Quite anonymous compared with other hotels I spent. The hard rock music at one of the pool bars is a big minus, especially when our balcony was close to it. I prefer smaller hotels and less charter tourism but still average hotel.

I liked Kata Sea Breeze because of the value it gives. It's not expensive but it looks high end. The resort is actually perfect for families. I got a pool access room even though I didn't book for it. I was just surprised to see my super huge room to have a terrace that links directly to the well designed pool that winds itself across the resort's center. Kata Beach is also great, as it is more laid back.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Sea Breeze & we really enjoyed it again. The staff were very helpful & let us move to a specific room when we requested it. We paid abit extra for the Deluxe pool access rooms which are definitely worth the money! It was much quieter this time as it was out of season which was nice,last year it did seem to attract families as it got busier, great if you've got one but not so good if you want a quiet stay!

Good value, spacious room, airconditioning and hot water worked will. Enjoyed the pool access directly from our balcony. Only matter of disappointment was that we were overcharged on leaving the resort... the deposit that we had already paid was not taken into consideration, and we did not have the time to try and sort this out with the reception staff who did not appear to understand much English. Would definitely consider staying here again, but would prefer it if the total cost of the accommodation could be pre-paid.

Great hotel, especially for the cheap price.Very clean.Location pretty good, short 5 minute walk to beach. Breakfast okay, but love that you can walk out of balcony and be on pool deck. Would definately stay here again.

The Sea Breeze is a really nice place to stay, if you can get a room cheap then go for it. There are two great pools, loads of room and the rooms we stayed in were really nice. The staff were very welcoming and helpfull and we would have stayed longer but they were fully booked... Oh, they do a Thai culture show several times a week, its really not worth the entrance fee as you can see te whole thing from most rooms ;)

Upon our arrival the room booked and confirmed was not available. We had booked a double room with pool access and the manager claimed that the system had been wrong so that there had been too many available pool access rooms. He then went on to tell us how much the rooms SHOULD cost (which is of no interest to us since we book on a doscount portal) and offered to pay us back to deposit of 10 USD or so. But since we did not want to walk around with our luggage looking for a hotel 2 days before Christmas, we stayed. After 2 hours of waiting we were given a "pool view" room. Well, if you went out into the small balcony and leaned forward in a 90 degree angle, you could see the pool... So I demanded a better room and it finally went okay. If a hotel agrees to sell its rooms on a portal such as this, it should stick to its obligations. The hotels booked via [competitor] worked great.

Lovely place - the rooms with pool access just perfect to take a dip in the pool when you feel like it! Staff very friendly and accomodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kata Sea Breeze, we had an excellent pool access room, which was more than worth the money! It was fairly quiet when we were there (early nov) but seemed to be quite popular with families already.
