Getting there:From Sydney by car follow M4/Great Western Highway to Katoomba, (2 hours) follow signs to Echo Point and Shopping centre, property is at bottom of Katoomba Street on the left hand corner of the first cross roads. By rail trains leave the Blue Mountains platform at Central Station hourly, leave Katoomba railway station by turning right and it is a 3 min walk down Katoomba Street or minimum taxi fare.

Good accommodation was nice .The staff was very friendly and helful. Room was clean and very warm. However, the price is a bit expensive.
We really enjoyed the breakfast.

A nice clean, centrally located hotel/motel with good parking. Very friendly staff. Room is average but clean with excellent en-suite bathroom and comfortable bed. I only stayed one night but could easily have stayed more if time permitted. Nice and quiet too, even though in the middle of town and on a Friday night.

For 1 Fri/Sat night in summer school hols, 2a+2c(10,11yrs) in family room + good hot breakfasts + 1 night pizza meal KTCM was not flash but good value, quiet, not far from scenics by car or on foot for adults, slept well with our own pillows(always).
Bit disconcerting to find the washbasin seperate from the en-suite. But we were staying in the older part of the motel.

Whilst the accommodation was new the room was very comfortable with very friendly staff and we would stay there again. Very well located for shopping and tourist attractions.
Motel is older style but not in bad condition, it is central to everything, the room was neat and tidy and clean,its a thumbs up from my family.
This is an excellent Hotel - quite centrally located. It has one of the finest breakfasts I have ever had. It is worth staying there to experience the breakfast.
The only thing we were not overly impressed with was the breakfast. They ran out of alot of items from the hot food section and did not refill them.
The staff member serving breakfast was extreamly unwelcoming. The put a bad spin on an otherwise pleasant stay.
