The room a little bit to small but otherwise ok. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Location good, easy access to both underground and bus.

The cleanliness of this hotel is very impressive. The breakfast was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. However, cannot get over how small the bathroom was. This hotel is ok if you are going to spend the majority of the day outside, but not to stay in for a long time. Could do with more channels on the TV too. And maybe a few smiles from the people serving breakfast would be nice too, because they really do look like they don't want to be there. But i was very happy with my 9 day stay in this hotel. Would recommend it.

It is a basic hotel with very good location. The wireless Internet is perfect. I can recommend for everyone who is seeking a comfortable accomodation in London for a reasonable price.

excellent choice of hotel in London to visit museums. The staff were very helpful with any queries that I had and the triple room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and the continental breakfast was quite good. Definitely a good choice for a trip to London

Rooms was small but to be expected in London. Traffic was an issue, didn't get to sleep past 7am. Otherwise an ok place to stay.

Good location and close to the Tube, however the single rooms are way to small for two people. Other than this they should also offer full breakfast as an option when booking on this site. Overall it is a good hotel, small and the wireless internet is great. Thanks

As a previous client of this hotel we knew what to expect but were somewhat disappointed to find that the bar was closed on the Sunday, which as it was pouring with rain meant we had to walk to Gloucester Road to find a pub. Offers value for money but would suggest they re-address certain Health and Safety issues, eg:- trailing cables accross floors and frayed cable on irons. That apart it would not deter us from returning to the hotel, as we just love the furniture!!

This Hotel was very good the rooms where clean, it is situated very close to knightsbridge, two underground stations walking distance lots of restaurants also walking distance the continental breakfast was very good and well stocked, the only negative was the staff where not friendly but overall a vey plesant stay

Good job with breakfast. No room cleaning on Saturdays, staff day off. Higher floors are VERY hot with no cross ventilation. No dresser in room but ample closet. Room stays relatively messy because there is nowhere to put stuff away. Not a single drawer in the entire room and no shelf space in bathroom. Good location, easy to get anywhere.

Adequate for our needs. Great location. Breakfast could have been better e.g hot cofee, a better variety of continental for the Aussie traveller. Caterd more for the Europeans. Staff need to smile more!!!!!

A smart modern hotel which provides pleasant accomodation in a great location. The room was smart if a little on the small side and the internal layout was a little odd. I have paid a good deal more for a great deal less. The complimentary continental breakfast was the only real disappointment.

Continental breakfast okay but full English very good and worth additional cost. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Good value hotel - only issues where late night noisy guests (being a Friday night) and a big queue for breakfast due to everyone turning up around the same time. cooked breakfast was excellent.

Conveniently located hotel and good value for money.

The Kensington Rooms Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Ideally located with pleasant staff. The eclectic atmosphere made this boutique style hotel a nice escape for a few days.

Huge comfortable beds, very good value.

Minimalist style throughout with the exception of the rooms. The room was oriented around a great bed and good sized washroom. Great for couples.

I would definitely stay there again.
