"Arrived late and had to find a member of staff in the bar to check us in. Room was a good size but not very clean. Fire alarm went off during our stay, staff told us not to bother evacuating as it was probably a false alarm (although they weren't sure at the time). Charged an extra £4.95 per person tray charge for room service. Nice enough hotel, but about a 15min walk to the town centre. £25 for a taxi from Kerry airport." - Anonymous
