"The hotel is right in the action in district 1 with easy walking to great eateries, shopping(including the night market for shopping and great cheap food) and most of the major museums and attractions. The rooms are clean and quiet, a bonus to escape the hustle and bustle outside and the breakfast is many and varried. Well priced for what you get." - Anonymous

"Hotel is located in the pricier area of the city, but what you get in return is convienience (there is no subway station in Vietnam) in terms of location, and security (there may be cheaper hotels/motels in other districts, but security is not guaranteed in those districts). Unfortunately, sometimes the front desk service left a bit to be desired - it would often appear that everyone (and there were often several behind the desk) was working on your request, but then you would have to check and chase up.
