Kings Paget Hotel Guest Reviews

Kings Paget was very clean and tidy. The service we recieved was good although when we needed some help from the desk the next day we were unable to find any one to help us. Fine for a one night stay as access to airports was good.

the room i had was clean and tidy and was just ideal for me for my stay there were a few things that do require some attention which are the shower taps didn't have any indicators to tell you which was the hot or cold taps and the sink had a crack in it. and when i was ready to go and hand my keys in at reception no one was there and i had to wait for about five minutes for someone then they just said i should of just left the keys on the desk and gone there was no sign to tell me this. i don't use hotels much but i found it quite relaxed experience and the hotel was quite pleasant. yes i would use the kings paget hotel again if i needed to

Merilyn was very helpful. She went out of her way to confirm our flight, print out boarding passes and arranging the taxi. I didn't like the black cat that clawed me. Also, we were surprised that our room didn't have an egress window. I felt like we were in a closet. Other than those 2 issues, the location was very good and very quiet. The breakfast was very good also.

Near the airport but does not cost 8 pounds as indicated by websites we paid about 14 pounds not sure whether it was because of peak hour surcharge. Hotel is good for singles or for a one night or two because it is cheap. Excellent full english breakfast. Rooms very small the bed was definetly not enough for myself and wife and baby. The chef and the Lady serving breakfast are extremely helpful in heling us find our way. Lots of brochures available at hotel and some eateries can be found nearby.Good really really budget hotel.

The reception is not always open, but that was of little importance.Good sized rooms. The hotel is well situated and the staff very friendly. At present they seem to be refurbishing, but this did not disturb in any way. I requested an additional night, which they managed to arrange. I would definitely stay there again

We booked a twin room and were very pleased as it was a good size. Booked taxi through firm recommended by hotel it was prompt and very friendly. Dissapointing that the hotel does not offer breakfast choices when checking out very early morning for flights -as room price includes breakfast- a contnental breakfest tray left in our roon would have been more than welcome.

Clean and comfortable, with excellent an spacious room. However, no staff actually work there!! We stood outside in the cold while we called for a manager, and he came from round the corner. After showing us to our room, he left and we would have to call his mobile number if we needed him again! The cat stayed .... The lady who did breakfast arrived at 6.30am and let herself in.

Excellent breakfast and huge rooms. The bathroom was nicely decorated and gigantic when compared to other Hotels in London. It also had a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. For the price paid it was a steal. Would love to stay there again.

Was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. Nice clean, spacious rooms. The hot water was not that warm though and there were no independent heating controls in the room but apart from that I thought the hotel was very nice.

My booking in at reception went smoothly and the owners were very pleasant and friendly. There is parking but it can be hard to drive in or out. The room was clean and tidy but the toilet didn't flush properly and the shower knobs had no identification as to which was Hot or Cold. Also the cold one was difficult to know whether it was on or off and nearly fell off. The floor boards were loose and noisy and you felt that they might give way. The hotel had character and charm and the pricing was a plus but it definitely needs some renovations.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were quite large and very clean and modern. The full English breakfast was excellent, and there were many different kinds of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The rate was considerably cheaper than almost all the other hotels near Heathrow, and a taxi fare of 7 pounds to terminal 3 was very fair. I will stay here again whenever I have a flight into or out of Heathrow and need to stay overnight.
