"I see that there are quite a few negative comments regarding Kings perth. I disagree with them all. Sure, it's not a 5 star but for $90 a night IN THE CBD, what do you expect. My only negative thought was that I could hear the traffic below; it wasnt intrusive though.
The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are clean, the showers were hot and the bed was comfortable. What else does one need in a Hotel?
