"We had booked a smoking room, and had confirmed it as such via email. When we arrived we were told none was available. We specifically stayed at the Kingsgate because they advertised online that they had smoking rooms. We weren't too happy about that.
Noise proofing in the rooms, or at least double glazing to cut down traffic noise would also have been good.
Otherwise, the Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and very professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Room service was very prompt and the meal we received was excellent." - Kay & Jim Smith
