"Most things were fine, and front desk staff were great. There was something disgusting on the shower curtain which reall put me off. It was very cold and electric blankets would be benificial for chilly nights when airconditioning is too noisy. To be honest we would not stay there again, it is the first time I have used a Mecure and would not feel OK to recomend over all. Staff very nice though. " - Anonymous
"I chose the Mercure because in my experience they have good firm beds - as did this one! The very best thing about this hotel was the staff who were welcoming, helpful and attentive. My only niggle is that the shower pressure was a bit low. It's not the most central hotel but it is extremely close to the funky 'Cuba' quarter which has more buzz than the more clinical CBD so in some ways it's in a great location. " - Sharon Wooster
