"The Kingston Hotel is in a lovely location, over looking the harbour of Dun Laoghire. Rooms are small, but adequate. It was though, a bit noisy, with guests returning to their rooms after a late night out, plus the Dart rail service passes quite close to the hotel, but this was not a major problem. There is a nice bar, that serves meals, plus you can enjoy a drink in the nice gardens, that again over look the harbour area. Reception and bar staff were pleasant and helpful." - Anonymous

Hotel description:    The Kingston is a family run hotel situated in Dun Laoghaire town centre
overlooking Dublin Bay. We have spectacular views over the Carlisle Pier which can be enjoyed from the dining room, lounge & many of the bedrooms. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Stena Line Ferry Terminal and Dun Laoghaire Dart(train) station which will get you to Dublin city centre in 15 - 20 minutes.

Getting there: From Dublin Airport by car follow the signs for Dun Laoghaire Ferry Terminal over the East Link Toll therefore bypassing the city centre. The Ferry terminal is located off Crofton Road. From Crofton Rd turn right at traffic lights onto Marine Road. At the top of Marine Rd turn left onto Georges Street and take second left off Georges Street onto the Adelaide Street. The hotel is located at the end of the street on the right.
Check-in Procedure: Although standard check-in is 2pm, we do have a left luggage. Therefore luggage can be left prior to check in or after check out.
Early check in may be arranged if organized in advance
Car parking: We have a car park adjacent to the hotel for residents which is free of charge. However the area in front of the hotel is a designated metre zone so pay parking is in affect from 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Child Policy: infants under 2yrs are free of charge. Children 2 to 12 yrs incl. are charged as an extra person. Over 12 yrs is charged at adult price
