K+K Hotel Maria Theresia Vienna

Staff was great, very helpful, good location, only 15 minute walk to Opera House. Breakfast was tops. Highly recommended, we would book the place again. Only negative comment was that one of the staff was a little grumpy, but this was one of 6 so wasn't a worry. Staff spoke good English.

The Maria Theresia was very comfortable and well-located and we enjoyed our 3-night stay. The free internet area was very useful and the breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were efficient but did not however come over as very friendly.

This is one of the four star hotels in the hotels guide that is 'really' a four star as you would expect it. The lobby and dining area are top notch, comfortable and modern. Rooms were modern and clean with AC and heating, bathroom comes with bathtub and shampoo/soap etc. The hotel is situated 2 mins walk from the museum quarter, a very centra location for visting the main sites in Vienna.

They are so much thoughtful! You can feel customer do mean important thing to them. When i ask for a king bed, i mentioned it was my anniversary. They give me a surprise gift in room, a bottle of welcome champane with a congratulation card. Great service is to consider for custmer.

Very charming hotel in good location, quiet oneway street. The interior is redesigned last year, so it is a very good looking, comfortable place. The stuff are friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good and tasty.

Good price for first class facilities. Free internet service. Its right in the center,very convenient.

Well located near the Museum District.

Once inside, well decorated, ample state of the art rooms. All that is required.

Hard to find any faults with this hotel. We stayed there twice during our recent trip to Austria. The hotel is hard to find but the location is terrific for the museum district and very handy to the shopping area of Mariahilfer. There are several restaurants nearby but the hotel bar area provide good snacks if you don't like venturing far. Get yourself a Vienna Pass as the tram passes close by and the Metro is in easy walking distance. The hotel facilities are ok but we spent very little time in the hotel anyway. Breakfast was very good. The main restaurant was not open in the evening. The two rooms we stayed in were excellent and bathroom facilities very modern. Hotel staff were helpful and the bar staff - one particular guy - were outstanding.

New, tidy well run hotel, with ample rooms with good taste. Comparatively good quality-price ratio by Vienna standards. Requires you to walk 1 to 3km, or take nearby, very easy to use tube, to reach historic sites in Vienna. A wealth of small restaurants in the immediate neigbhourhood (Spittelberg). Ask reception. Take your laptop, high band net in rooms!

A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of the Museum district. Friendly service that can help any visitor find the secrets of Vienna. The free internet and BBC television are definitely a plus.

Great location and extremely friendly & helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

Clean and well appointed with an extensive breakfast buffet available. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is situated within 5 mins of a major shopping avenue and 10 - 15 mins of the historic centre. We would be more than happy to use K+K again at other locations.

Only positive comments about this hotel : nice and comfortable rooms, well trained staff, excellent breakfast, quiet and central location. Will be my standing hotel in Vienna !
