"I found the size of the room small and claustrophobic, the windows could not be opened very far and whilst I understand this was for security,it meant that the room was hot and airless. I did not feel that the owners were as forthcoming about information as they should have been - not coming from Blackpool may be a factor. Tide times should have been displayed as a very long disappointing walk to the beach proved. The owners need to be informed themselves about the town they now live. A info/holiday pack could easily be prepared with a map, tide times,bus routes and times etc" - Alison McIntyre

| Getting there: |
Access to the Knightsbridge from entering Blackpool is easy. At the end of the M55 take the 2nd exit off the roundabout on to Yeadon Way. Continue for approximately 2 miles when you will see The Yeadon Way Pub/Restaurant to your left, at the mini roundabout follow the road to the right and at the next mini roundabout turn right. You will now see Aldi supermarket to your left, at the roundabout turn left but move into the right hand lane to turn right at the next set of lights on to Waterloo Road. At this point you will soon approach The Waterloo pub on your left. Turn left at the lights by The waterloo and The Knightsbridge is the first building on the left hand side 150 yards down. |
