Kokopu Estate is situated up a beautiful valley 2 minutes from Akaroa. We have 2 cottages: Kokopu Cottage is a self-catering historic cottage beside a stream with 2 bedrooms and an outside bath. The Gatekeepers Cottage is available as self catering or B&B. We also have 2 rooms in the main house which are bed and breakfast options. The property is a small farm with many trees, an orchard and stream.

Getting there:Only 2 minutes from the township of Akaroa up Grehan Valley Road. There is a sign at the gate and the number 155.

Car parking:There is plenty of off-street parking.
Child Policy:We allow children in Kokopu Cottage but parents need to be aware that there is a stream next to the house and that children are the responsibility of their parents.
