Airconditioning was placed so that the only way to turn it on was get a chair, stand on it and press start. Also their introductory folder had not been updated since Jan 2010. Menus and prices had changed. Room nicely laid out, and lovely view of the lake.

Very happy to stay at Kondari Hotel again. It provides all our needs & is close to beach & a shopping centre.

This resort has received a massive facelift over the last few years making it a pleasure to stay here. The only downside was the noise of the airconditioning unit in the Garden rooms and the lack of flyscreening on the bathroom window (If you wanted flow-through air without the noisey aircon!) We've also stayed in the Lakeside rooms since the facelift - Well done to the team!

Very nice and quiet. The grounds and pool area is great if you don't want to go to the beach. But on the other hand is about a 10 min walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the stay.

Show me the resort as this was just a general Hotel Motel. Was ok, however there was a stuff up at reception regarding our booking. We received a rude phonecall from reception and no apology afterwards. The late night Man Power show didn't allow for sleeping, and neither did the 6am Saturday morning garbage truck. Location is great, but wouldn't stay again. Pay a little extra and go to Peppers or the Mantra Resort.

We were happy with the 'special' rate we got. However we wouldn't have been happy had we paid full price for the room - it was very average, tired looking cupboards had water damage and walls had cracks in them. Toilet should be upgraded.

Friendly staff and the room is clean and comfortable.

we have stayed in alot of resorts will say your's was the best in all of the above,we so mean that give your cleaner's a big pat on the back as i have done resort cleaning and they do a great job was blown away by the room's cleqaniness.The menu and prices were the best but for the dinner meals,the salad and vegie choice could be different,to plain and not enough in vegies,but since we have been back have so raved about you's thank you will be back for longer stay

A beautiful resort set in trees and near the shore. Accommodation for a family was terrrific - excellent kitchen, laundry, shower, sleeping and entertainment facilities. Note that groceries from the store are limited and pricey.

The standard of the furniture was tired and worn. Carpet was badly stained and the pillows were of a cheap variety and hard to use. The building is old and tired and needs refurbishment for the price that is being asked. The buffet breakfast was very average and full of tinned food such as fruit and mushrooms. For the price we would have expected a much better choice.

Service could have been better,just by information (not given breakfast vouchers) very poor t.v. reception, no info in room about the area. As a single lady ,walking to the restaurant was quite dark.Also parking seemed a bit hit and miss Not a lot of things ,but do add up, that stop it being very good value

Great resort fantastic value for money. Homely atmosphere, casual and relaxing. Love the grounds and the lake. Beaut spot.Fantastic.

Delightful quiet location on the lake - birds, turtles, open areas

Stayed with 2 children. No extra charge for 3rd person (2nd child) for room or breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant good value for money. Can recommend the salad. Kids loved the pasta dishes. With children make sure you feed the ducks to get to see the turtles in the lake!

The resort itself was very picturesque with two large lakes attracting a variety of wildlife including frogs, ducks, pelicans etc... The surrounds made for a very relaxing stay. The room itself - an old fashioned unit - was little better than a holiday park but none the less clean and adequate. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Looking a bit tired - but clean and convenient to the harbour.

Rooms are in need of refurbishment.
