"I stayed at the Koreana Hotel in Seoul and it was fantastic. Close to all the tourist attractions and the train station. Staff were very helpful and made the stay pleasant. When I arrived early there were no rooms available but they could see I was very tired and they went out of their way to get me a room. When my computer did not work with the internet connection they gave me complementary use of the business centre. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to friends. "My wife and I stayed twice at the Koreana within a 10 day period. The first time the room cleanliness was excellent. The second time the rug was unvacuumed.
