"Breakfast lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Location was ideal, right beside Dam square. Room was nice with ensuit and t.v. Just be careful that a double room is two twin beds not a double bed, And you have to walk through the resturant to get to the hotel part. Other than that the hotel is fabulous. " - Anonymous
"The location of this hotel was great along with the free breakfast included in the price. The cleaniness of the room wasn't that good, but for the amount of time spent there we could put up with it. Room had no air conditioning, only a window that opened out to face another persons room and an alley where people smoked and the smell came up into the room." - Anonymous

"Got bed bug bites in this hotel. Would not allow me change room when I complained.They cleaned my room with lice type powder. I got no refund etc even though it was quiet obvious I'd been bitten. I would strongly advise not staying in this hotel " - Anonymous
