Located at central of Sendai city on Hirose-Dori near Kokubuncho district and Ichibancho shopping arcade. Koyo Grand Hotel has splendid interior decorations and many objects of arts, which are dynastic style of "Louis" and Chinese Palace gloried in its histori of 5,000 years. We have the biggest banquet hall of 900sqm. and 14 halls of 54sqm.-450sqm. for the convention & banquet, French & Chinese restaurant on the 13th floor and Italian restaurant on the 1st floor.

Getting there:
From JR Senadi Station (Tohoku Shinkansen / bullet train) By Taxi : 5 minute to our hotel (aprox. JPY 650) By Subway : Take direction "Izumi-Chuo" 1 stop to Hirose-Dori Station, 0 minute from exit "West-1" From Sendai International Airport By Limousine Bus : 40 minutes to JR Sendai station (JPY 910). Runs every 15 or 20 minutes per hour. By Taxi : 40 minutes to our hotel (aprox. JPY 8,000)

Check-in Procedure:
Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00. Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as "non-resident foreign guest" present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality. Luggage can be stored at the reception if you arrive before the room is ready. If you inform us your exact check in time of 12:00-14:00 when booking, the room is ready. No need to store the luggage.

Car parking:
We have our car parking lot in property. (JPY 1,500 per night)

Child Policy:
Child under 12 years old is free of charge if sharing bed with parents. No breakfast provided. No cot / baby crib available at our hotel.

Good hotel and good location at a bargain. Getting there from Sendai JR station was a breeze. The helpfulness of the ever helpful staffs would be more than enough to make up for their limited command of English.

This is probably the best and most friendly hotel I have stayed at in Japan in the 15 plus years of visiting the country. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpfull even by the nornally high Japanese standards. A high point is the coffee room down stairs. Even comming from a part of Melbourne that is called little Italy and prides itself on the coffee this was very good coffee. By Japanese standards it is quite literally the best cup of coffee I have had in the country. Location is excellent with a subway in front of the hotel that can get you to the Sendai station in 2 minutes and less than 10 minutes to the station on foot. Cant say enough good about this hotel.
