Wifi is not provided at the rooms, gym facilities is nit properly maintain overall the rest of the service and facilities are good recommended if you do not required wifi

I enjoyed my stay at Krabi La Playa Resort - clean room and very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a lovely pool view room with direct access to the pool. Thx! The pricing is very reasonable including drinks from the bar. I like the location of the hotel, it is not noisy and yet 5 min wallk from the "town" centre - very convenient.

Enjoyed our stay here. Close to town for access to restaurants etc. Swim up bar a novelty for kids, adeqaute breakfast & very cheap mini bar. Ate at their buffet by the pool night, very pleasant.

It is a three star hotel,room big ,only dont stay at the top floor when it rain it is very noises.valua for money only when there a promotion.

Nice decent hotel with great swimming pools. But location is slightly out as far as the beach and shopping areas are concern. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here as the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Krabi La Playa, this hotel was in a very convenient location and we found the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good, not of the size and selection that some of the larger hotels offer but very nice all the same. The Pool Deluxe rooms are great as you have direct access to the pool straight out of the back door.

Everything is good except for the coffee cup served during b'fast, most of the cups are chiped and may cause your lips to get a cut, if not used properly. Also, it would be nice if the front desk staff could smile a little bit more. It will be more pleasant. Overall, its a good place to stay.

The staff were friendly ... Hotel is clean, easy to any location within Krabi or Ao Nang ... excursions easily booked and flexible should you need to change ... Breakfast was good ... No complain at all ...

We stayed for 3 nights. The Good: Room was nice and large. Breakfast was relatively gd, with nice ommeletes! Location was slightly further from e beach, but near to sunset massage and e-san seafood which was fabulous! Value for $. Land transfer cost 500Bt per way, which was very reasonable and convenient (highly recommended as you don't wanna get ripped off by the operators there) The Bad:Encountered same problem of water being scalding one moment and cold the next. We had placed a do-not-disturb sign at our door, but the housekeeping came in. We know cos we were still in the room at about 0900. Don't think its a hotel problem, but perhaps just that particular dishonest staff!! The morning call was also not satisfactory. On 1 morning, it was all of one ring, though quite loud, but didn't wait for us to pick up the phone. On a second morning, they did not even call us! (quite unlikely we slept through cos the ringer is loud).

It was excellent value for money. Location wise, it may not be the best but still near enough to the shopping belt. Room was spacious and most of them face the nice swimming pool. Breakfast provided was good enough and having it next to the pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it exceeds my expectation and will not hesitate to stay there again.

The 8 days stay at Krabi La Playa Resort was totally an enjoyable one. The staffs are very hostible and friendly, the cleanliness are very well maintains. Although the location of the hotel is of distance walk to the Ao Nang beach but the walk is quite relaxing. There is a big supermart and a police post right outside the hotel which provide safety and conveniences.

I had a pool room and stayed for 7 days. This was my 2nd visit. The restaurant had good food but no one bothers to tell you haw it all it works for breakfast. One morning the toaster wasn't working, 4 girls standing around offered no help. After 2 days it was replaced with something that was totally inadequate. There are 3 pools and for the last 3 days the big pool became green as they only had one portable pool filter and couldn't keep the pools clean. Not enough staff speak English which is inconvenient when you want something done. Everyone was friendly but I would not go there again. I was very disappointed.

the hotel was okay I do not think that it is a4 star hotel getting dated but good location close to the town and the beach short walk away.

This was a good location, within walking distance to the water. Breakfasts were plentiful and the food was pretty good for a buffet type of meal. Staff tried to please and were very friendly, right from the airport pickup to the airport return. The Chinese New Year Celebration at the hotel was very nicely presented and the meal DELICIOUS. I would stay here again. This hotel appeared to be popular with foreign tourists.

The resort is located about 300 m away from Ao Nang Beach and took us about 10 mins walk to the main street . On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, we lament over : 1. Food was not too pleasant. Breakfast for the three days was the same spread. Forget about dining in the resort. We had buffet dinner by the pool side and I ended eating only the salad and soup. 2. Room service was a tad slow. I have to make 4 calls and waited an hour before my request for extra pillows was delivered.

Very nice hotel. Convienent location between two beaches. Has two large swimming pools. Can highly recommend.

the superior room i stayed is big but i felt that they should re-decorate the rooms. the website pictures can be deceiving as it looks quite old. Staff are friendly but rigid. They actually requested back upon check out a toiletry bag that i took to store my dirty linen and its only a simple recycled bag. Breakfast was horrible though and the food is not tasty at all with so many flies. Exterior building needs serious repainting as the paints are chipped off after only 3 years. Overall, stay there only for the location. Otherwise I would recommend other hotels like Krabi Resort or Pakasai.

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was good value. Good location, not in the middle of the shopping area, but just around the corner, well within short walking distance. Caution: they were preparing to develop a large site immediately next to the hotel.
