"The room is not clean! The carpet has all kind of stains. The staff speak limited English and are not helpful. They don't even try to help. The location is close to subway station but that part of the town is not where you want to stay (old, smelly and dirty). The room I stayed faces the street, and it's very noisy at night. Some of the rooms have no AC. I worked so hard to switch to a different room that finally has AC, but the so called AC works more like a fan. That "hotel" is worse than the hostel I stayed in Seoul. Don't stay there. That $70 a night is not worth the money. Either you pay less to stay in a hostel or pay a little more to stay in a motel." - Sandra Li
"location is ok but there are many other and better hotels in Busan available. However if you stay there 1-2 nights it might be ok. Haven't tried the breakfast. " - Thomas Knorr
"There was no air conditioning and we were hot. There are very few good shopping opportunities or good restaurants in the immediate vicinity although the subway was only a few blocks away." - Anonymous
"Located in the central of Busan and there are lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel. Kukje is neatly cleaned although it is not really new. Need to walk for a while since this hotel is not lacated near the closest station, but the station is also really convenient." - Anonymous
