Getting there:Kupari is situated North of Surfers central on the Surfers Paradise Boulevard. You will find us half way between the cross streets of Ocean Ave & Staghorn Streets.
Check-in Procedure:If checking after 5 pm please contact reception for after hours check in instructiions.
Car parking:Free underground security parking and public transport at the door and door to door transfers available to theme parks and airports (fees apply).
Child Policy:A person up to 3yrs of age (inclusive) is considered to be a child.
Fantastic cheap apartments that are so close to the main part of town yet far enough away to miss most of the noise! Friendly staff who have good knowledge of the area. Only downside would be that they only supply one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper...which would not have been a problem but would have been nice to know prior to running out of paper!!! But there is a bottleshop and supermarket almost next door! This isn't the fancy place to stay if you like the little bottles of shampoo etc...but it fits the bill for budget accommodation that we wanted!!
appt we were given had mould on kitchen window surround, light fittens were missing & floor and windows were very dirty. Was shifted to new appt which was much better, but had a water leak in the laundry cupboard that had been there for a long time.

We stayed at the Kupari Boutique Apartments for 4nights It's a lovely place to stay!The apartments have great views over the beach-only one street away!Perfect location-just a 5 minutes stroll to the centre of Surfers Paradise!It's very clean and spacious.We had a one bedroom apartment,what had a very homely and comfortable feel.The couple who manages the complex is very nice and helpfull.Lots of information available on what there is to do in/around the area.I definetly would recommend this place!When we go back to Surfers we will certainly book in@Kupari Boutique Apartments again!
New Managment have made excellent improvements, very cosy.
We were upgraded to a 2Bedroom apartment at no extra cost, we were there for our Anniversary and enjoyed these apartments thoroughly. Very close to Cavill Ave in Surfers CBD.
This facilty was modern, spacious and clean. It had a proper kitchen, washing machine and dryer and constant hot water. About five or so minutes walk from main resort, with its own small pool, a few minutes walk to the beach and free below street parking. Our accommodation had great sea views. Would highly recommend.
