We paid the extra to upgrade to the 5th level and were quite impressed by the view and outlook we had of the pool area, the service was great and enjoyed the quiteness of the pool area compared to other hotels. Breakfast could be a bit more western and the resorts needs a general uplift paint etc to bring it up to a 4 to 5 star standard.
Reasonable western-style hotel without any outstanding characteristics in a great location between Kuta and Tuban. Does not have direct beach access. The Bali Garden Resort a couple of doors towards Tuban does, and is comparable in price. We were made to feel a bit second class as we had 'booked on the internet' Also, the bedding configuration requested (and confirmed) four months prior 'not available' on the first night. Internet access in their Business Centre was painfully slow and four times as expensive as the tourist information office across the street. Okay, but not anything special.

Good Hotel, Food great, location good, staff friendly and helpful. Pool area very good. Only minor drawback is that it does not have direct access to the beach.
Couldn't have been happier with this hotel. Everything is 5 star inc. position, facilities, appearance, facilities and service. Thoroughly recommended.
Unlike any other hotel we stayed in Bali, the staff at Kuta Paradiso were flippant and did not offer basic manners on checkin. We showed ourselves to our room with no forthcoming assistance. The pool was out of commission and extremely dirty. The staff apologised but could give no indication when it was to be fixed for use, so we did not stay and found accomodation elsewhere the same day we arrived. The size of the pool was very disappointing compared to the elaborate facade of the reception and hotel.

The hotel's location is very good for shopping and dining, as it is very close to Kuta Center.
A very big but cosy hotel. Good breakfast with a very beautiful garden and swimming pool.
