"Unlike any other hotel we stayed in Bali, the staff at Kuta Paradiso were flippant and did not offer basic manners on checkin. We showed ourselves to our room with no forthcoming assistance. The pool was out of commission and extremely dirty. The staff apologised but could give no indication when it was to be fixed for use, so we did not stay and found accomodation elsewhere the same day we arrived. The size of the pool was very disappointing compared to the elaborate facade of the reception and hotel." - Janis Massuger
