Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort & Spa

across the road from Kuta beach and well located between Poppies lane 1 & 2. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. All staff were very polite and helpful. We were woken early in the morning with a cockaral so they moved use straight away to a new room .

just returned on 19th Aug 2011 beautiful hotel, lovely and clean staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious with near new bathrooms. The pool is small but there was plenty of room as not everybody is around the pool at the same time. We had read only OK reviews for this hotel but we have been to Bali several times and would definitely stay here next time can't wait to go back !!!!!!!! great location on beach front between poppies 1 & 2

Staff are super friendly like most Balianese people. Very happy to help out with any enquiries. Though i might question the 'resort' aspect. It just seemed like a hotel decked out with greenery, a beautiful hotel nevertheless. Fantastic location. A big shoutout to the MBA tour guys 2 shop fronts down which were super helpful with organising our tours.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Good service provided by the staff, it's right across the sea and much facilities around like shops, McDonalds, tours. Got an upgrade of room during our arrival.

Excellent room, we were upgraded on arrival to the sea view rooms.. only prob is there isn't an elevator to the 2nd floor... located right on the main street across the beach in the hustle and bustle... would highly recommend :)

This hotel was just lovely. Newly refurbished rooms, with all facilities - even a DVD player. Beautiful pool, lovely gardens and fish ponds. Ideally located for shopping between Poppies I and Poppies II, Maccas and 24hr Kwikemart right next door. Only 8 minutes walk to Kuta Square. Italian restaurant was pretty pricey, but plenty of other options within minutes. Overall, was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for in Bali. I would definitely stay there again.

hi we have been to bali a number of times and always stayed at a number of other hotels in legian but never in kuta dont know why but just happened that way but having stayed at the kuta seaview i wouldnt stay any where elas the place ticks all the boxs great location, very quiet, great service and fantastic food all with beautyfull views of the beach loved the place and wont stay anywhere else now you wont go wrong

Rooms are fairly old and facilities need upgrading. Fairly noisy area with various musical event om full blast half the night. Not so suitable for families with small children.

I very like to lodge in this hotel especially children.

Kuta Seaview Cottage is a very pleasant place to stay in an excellent location, directly acroos the road from Kuta Beach and close to the shops The breakfast in the morning is of a high quality, providing enough food to get you through the day, as was the quality of restaurant food at night. Staff and security people were generally helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in staying at Kuta Seaview Cottage next time we are in Bali

Slap bang on the beach, very close to cheap restaurants, only a few minutes walk from sleazy bars. What more do you want?

Our stay was brief but very pleasant and we will be staying there again. The staff were very friendly and always said hello. We also thought that having our own safe to keep our personal belongings in our room was an excellent idea. Thank you.

Good value for money.

Large hotel right across from Kuta Beach and not 'on' the beach as the pictures indicate! Very handy to shopping and other bars and restaurants. Rooms clean but tired. Good pool area and modern restaurant/bar area (recently just completed) but pricey Italian restaurant and drinks. Great breakfasts! Hotspot internet access. Would stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location across from the beach, clean rooms, good restaurant, very accomodating staff. The price was great too!

If you like being in the centre of Kuta oposite the beach this is a good location. The room was adequate, well furnished with very comfortable bed. The hot water for shower was not good, but i am not sure if it was only a problem with my room. The pool area is currently (July 2006) under renovation, so that was disapointing, but the restaurant was nicely renovated and food good but not cheap. Overall i would say i was quite satisfied and found the hotel to be value for money considering the location.
