Very helpful and efficient staff. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and was very family orientated.

Having a Hotel at a Disney Resort requires alot of attention to detail. I have stayed at Disney resort hotels in Florida and have been captivated by their attention to detail. I guess I thought that by staying at a hotel on the Disney resort, I would get a similar atmosphere. The hotel room was excellent, but the disney atmosphere was sadly lacking. There was a water damaged area in the bathroom in bad need of repair, everything else was fineand I would stay there again. I find that all hotels at the resort are way over priced compared to the value resort hotels owned by Disney in Florida that I would get for $99.00 US per night in July and August. I would also suggest that the evening meals provided by the restaurant be priced according to individual taste rather than a flat rate for a buffet. I did not eat at the hotel, I would have eaten there with my family if we could go in and order what we wanted at a lower price - non buffet. Thank you.

we were very happy with our stay at the hotle Kyraid, the room was clean and the staff were pleasent and helpful. Have recommended it to friends already.

The ambience and the location is very convenient. The rooms were quite small and the toilets were very bad with broken tiles which can be hazardous particularly to childrens. This should have been notified before booking was made.

Good: - Free Shuttle bus to Disney or the metro, so you can leave your car at the hotel. - Every day the room is cleaned, new towels etc. - Hotel staff is very friendly/helpfull. - Good breakfast buffet with children playground. - Pleasant beds (Long and good quality). Bad: - Airco on room did not work. Room was very warm during the night despite the winter. A window had to be opened. Heating could not be turned on or off. - As the hotel was fully booked, the restaurant was too small. Result, despite of the timeslots a 15-20 minutes waiting outside the restaurant before starting. - Noisy hotel. The sound isolation can be better. I gave facilities an average because of the waiting for the restaurant.

Ideal location for disneyland visits. Hotel facilities are very good and chlidren well catered for. Friendly staff and good service

Very nice people at the reception!

This hotel is great and fabulously priced. We have now stayed there four times with no major problems encountered. They are always happy to resolve anything for you. The only one issue is that the restaurant does not offer a vegetarian meal - their idea of vegetarian meal is to take the vegetables everyone else is having. Generally though you probably wouldn't eat there anyway with disney village and parks being a stone throw away !

When we checked in (which was before allocated check in time) we were told that we could not have breakfast before 9.30 the following morning. As we were only there for two days this wasn't good for us as we wanted an early start to make the most of our trip. On the second morning we couldn't have breakfast because we had to check out early in order to get to the airport.

All was simply ... wonderfull.

Excellent value for money and made our two day break all the more special. Free 5 minute bus ride to Disney made us feel apart of it although not paying the more expensive prices for a Disney hotel. Easy and hassle free holiday.

A very nice hotel.

Altogether a good deal. Breakfast was very good (fresh, varied, sufficient), staff was pleasant and helpful. Downsides: breakfast is organised in time slots -> check in early to have more choices of time slots available. Room and Bedding clean, yet our double bed was a little worn; sad for people with back problems. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Great value for money and in an excellent location. Room more than adequate, tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast good and plentiful, and very well organised as long as people stick to their chosen times (the system works well - don't agree at all with any of the criticism of other reviews and we stayed at a busy time of year!). Free shuttle bus was regular and ran until the early hours of the morning. All in all an excellent choice of hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Good hotel if you are visiting Disneyland as is nearby and there are free shuttle buses. Is normally a bit pricey but got a good late deal including breakfast for a family room. Buffet breakfast is good, rooms are clean, checking in was a bit slow but overall I was happy with my stay.

This was an excellent choice for us, from all angles. We really had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is really phantastic, much better than the hotels inside the Disney Park. The bus transfer to the Park is very good and uncomplicated. We had a lovely atmosphere in this hotel, that is perfect for families with kids that want relax after a day of attractions in the park.

I was really impressed with the condition of my room in Kyriad. It's definitely one of the best hotel for the lowest price in Disneyland. I would definitely go back to Kyriad if I ever visit Disneyland again. Kudos to Kyriad!

Nice hotel to stay for a short trip, clean and prices are cheap.
