"The hotel is a 'motel' and is well situated for access to major traffic routes through France. But publicity needs to reflect that there is no public transport into Chartres - cost is about 15 euros each way by taxi into the city. We did not find the hotel easily - its in a new and still developing industrial area, but it is well placed for the autoroute and made a good overnight stop. Food was served 'till 10.00 in the evening - later than is usually available in France. From Chartres city center: take RN10 in direction of Paris. Pass over the A11, at the roundabout take Avenue Nicolas Conte avenue and then Avenue Gustave Eiffel avenue.
