I'd suggest you ask to have your room at the renovated floors 3rd and higher. Those are definitely good quality, very quiet despite the fact that the "periferique" is close by, and very clean.
very good quiet hotel. A bit far from metro and tram station, a few minutes'walk, but very handy and reasonable for a stay in Paris.
We found this hotel good for the given price. The staff were frindly and helpful. Room was clean though little small.

Pleasant stay, good atmosfere. Nice entry and room with a plaesant bathroom. Breakfast was very good.
The ladies working at the counter are helpful and beau. The facilities had the right services such as Internet, a bar, and a buffet style cafe. I would go back again because of the price and the location which isn't perfect , but it isn't entirely bad because it's close to the Subway. For dinner go to China/Viet town which was very acceptable.
The hotel was close to the ring, easy to find a parking around. The rooms however were small and with old furniture.
I liked this hotel, very comfortable, modern single room and at a very good price. The hotel is located by a major highway, so location is not so attractive, but there was no noise in my room at all. The staff was friendly. This hotel is **+!
Good hotel close to various key Paris points. Excellent service also for little things like cooling ice packs. Friendly reception.
