facilities - not much, but that's ok 'cuz we didn't spend much time there
service - reaaaaaaaaaaally bad in the evening and throughout the night. as we asked for taxi service to go to the airport the following morning, the receptionist said it was too late; however, she called in the morning and checked if we ordered a taxi service, sounded like we ordered it and didn't use it - ridiculous-
at around 10pm, we ask for extra bathing towel and floor mat, the receptionist said someone would bring them to our room, well, nth happend, at around 1am, we talked face-to-face to the receptionist and he said there's no extra towels due to fully-booked night. RIDICULOUS! and he also said he'd send some to our room the following morning, which he didn't (he didn't even write down anything regarding our request).

From A40(M): Take the exit signposted Paddington. After 300 yards, take the third exit on the roundabout. Go straight into Westway. After about 1 mile take the exit, then turn left on Orsett Terrace, right again to enter Gloucester Terrace. Turn right to enter Bishops Bridge Rd becoming Westbourne Grove. After 400 yards, turn left into Garway Rd. Carry on for another 300 yards and the hotel will be on your left.
