"This establish need to make a clear signage leading to the hotel reception desk. From the outside, the doors to the front desk (upper floor - 1st floor) are closed all the time and there is no clear sign where the entrance is. My wife and I actually climb up the steps to the coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. We had to go down the steps and climb up again to the front desk. As there is no lift from the ground floor, clear signage is a MUST. On the whole, it was a very very nice cosy hotel - absolutely clean, coffee available almost anytime of the day." - Yoshiaki MASUDA Haruyo MASUDA
