"We found the staff very helpful.We had no kettle in our room only a coffee making machine as I dont drink coffee I asked for a kettle which was brought immediately. When we arrived we asked for a room at the front overlooking the sea but none were available but after 3 days they rang us to say there was a front room on the same floor so moving wasnt a problem The two rooms we had were a good size and the balcony had lots of room.I asked if I could book our boarding passes, which was done for us at the PA office unfortunately this wasnt possible for our flight but this was done without any charge and if they had been able to print the boarding passes this would have been free of charge as well.So all in all everyone was very helpful. "Great position, 5 minutes from train station, right on the seafront. Plenty of facilities nearby, Supermarket, restaurants, bars etc. The room had 2 cooker rings, kettle, toaster, fridge and a couple of sofa beds (one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in). In our complex you can find 133 apartments, which comprise of larges terraces with sea view, complete bathroom, kitchenette includ.coffeemaker-kettle-mini, oven-toaster, safety box, free satellite TV and digital telephone.In the same building you find a spectacularly decorated new cafeteria/ bar with live music several times a week ,24 hours-reception service and maid service 5 times per week.
Fire alarm system - fire escape stairs - whole building ( except the rooms) is guarded by an interior monitor system.
