"Free WiFi, but had to pay a €10 fee just to use the fridge in the room for six days. A half an hour's walk from the Promenade, but close to the tram line and a main avenue. Not very modern, very basic, but as merely a cheap base fr travelling, it serves its purpose well." - Anonymous

From Nice train station, turn left onto Avenue de Thiers for 300m. Turn left onto Avenue Jean Medecin. Continue along Avenue Malaussena for 0.5km. Turn right onto Place du General de Gaulle for 50m. Turn right onto Avenue Borriglionne for 0.9km . Turn left onto Avenue Santo Fior.
From the A8 highway(autoroute), find exit 52, NICE NORD, Take DOWN TOWN( Centre Ville), passe the Ray Stadium and the Place St. Maurice to Borriglionne. Santa Fior is across from the CIC Lyonnaise Bank
From the train station SNCF, 15 minutes by foot, or bus 23, exit at final station St Maurice
From the airport ,take the bus 23, stop at the final station ST Maurice |
