Hotel has been renovated in 2007 and 2008 and is a full non smoking hotel. The room was clean but very small. No wash clothes were available. Location was great. Front desk help was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
Fantastic location, literally a minute from the Grand Place. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. some aspects of the room are very dated (new paint and carpet but furnishings are still old) but the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Overall the great location outweighs any minor issues!

Very central and tidy accomodation. Slightly run-down and basic but good value for the price. Staff were friendly.

The Reception personnel is really helpful, giving accurate instructions on how to reach places to visit and helping with heavy luggage.

The best location for a little cute hotel with a outstanding best use made out of the space.
Nice breakfast buffet. Check-in time is not until 3:00pm. Those arriving early may leave their luggage in the luggage room, but you still have no "base" in town until the afternoon.
The only problem was that the room was too small, but the excellent location and the price compensate for that!

Perfectly located (1 minute to Grand Place), very friendly staff and very clean. The rooms are quite small and so there was no place for a cupboard... For a short stay a very good choice!
