The main idea of this project was to take care about “the area and the place”, Johan Leclerre pronounced one year ago.
How should we conscientiously to give more pleasure to the client after his diner with worry of luxury welcoming and professional attention?
Drawn by the architect Jean-Louis Birot, it is in November 2009 that this contemporary hotel will welcome his new clients.
A structure based on stilts, like the front of a ship looking at the ocean, the suites and the rooms invite you to the contemplation.
Very modern, the rooms have got a specified style where the wood, the rock and the concrete mixed warm and fashion tons.
Trendy spirit, very present in this design, let the natural and decor lights giving the best of themselves for everybody.
The comfort and technology are in harmony, the bathrooms have Starck X furniture, Chromo-therapy, the well-being by colours ambiance, spa or jacuzzi are also here for you.
« Ambiance designer » a friend of Stéphanie & Johan, Stéphane Pélicier, goes with them in this quest of the atmosphere, and Anthony Fournier, a very talentuous “Compagnon-menuisier” who imagined, drawn and built all the furniture.
Seaview is always on demand here; the client will feel the ocean, just living in his room.
The possibility to have the breakfast outside, looking on Fort Boyard or Aix Island is absolutely exceptional.

The City of Aytré is at 5km to La Rochelle center.
This proximity of La Rochelle; Ré, Oléron and Aix Islands, Marais Poitevins and of the Aiguillon bay provides it as a good lively place, where you can appreciate all the landscapes by walk, horse or by bycicle.

More than 3.5 Kms of sand, beaches with low depth make this place the heaven for windsurfers and kite-surfers of all the area. Fishing by walk is also a very appreciated leisure.

Thanks to oyster-farmers’ traditions, oysters farming Charentes is preserved.
