So, our guests can see the Movies, News, Sport, Football, MSN, Yahoo, and Google on internet at the computer in the room. You can transfer multimedia over aboard in the real time. For example you can speak and see your family in home from the guestrooms at Lamai Apartment. That you will not feel lonely because you can contact anyone around the world. You can send and receive your works between your company and the guestrooms at Lamai Apartment. That means you can have the holiday while working also!!! Our reception service is 24 hours. Our maid service is diary at 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Our bar and restaurant services are 24 hours. Our restaurant serves Thai Food, Italian Food, European Food, Western Food, and Chinese Food. We have the security camera record 24 hours at the hotel lobby, at the reception counter, at the safety deposit boxes, and at the restaurant. Our policy is not charge Lady/Joiner, who is staying overnight with guests in the room. We offer the garden and terrace on the 5th floor with Patong Mountain View. It is so beautiful, and very good for relax, rest, meeting, and sunbath.

Airport transfer: The charge is for THB.700 per way per car, and THB.1,000 per way per van. Charges are payable to hotel. Lamai Apartment is located on the main road, opposite Patong Municipality Office, and near Patong Fire Station. Lamai Apartment is 1.2km to the beach, and 1.5km to Bangla road. (the center of the entertainment in Patong) Lamai Apartment is 1.6km to Lamai Hotel, 1.7km to Lamai Inn, 2.0 to SM Resort, and 2.1km to Lamai Guesthouse. Lamai Apartment is 100m to Patong Municipality Office, 200m to Patong Fire Station, 800m to Patong Hospital, 900m to Patong Police Station, 1.3km to the banks, and 1.5km to Patong Post Office. Lamai Apartmnet is 16.0km to Phuket Bus Station, 16.5km to Phuket Pier, and 40.0km to Phuket airport.

Check-in Procedure:
All guests have to present their passports and hotel to copied their passports upon check-in Hotel policy is NO CHARGE LADY/JOINER, who is staying overnight with guest in the room. Cancal reservations must be made at least 2 days before the arrival date.

Car parking:
Car parking is available on the side of the street near the apartment for free.

Child Policy:
Children age under 12 years old can stay with their parents in the room for free. Maximum 2 children per 1 room.

This Apartment was excellent, friendly staff, cleaned daily to a high standard. The facilities for this budget priced accomodation were outstanding. I stayed initialy for four days then decided to have a look around Phuket, I did not find anything to compare with this so I returned for a further two days prior to my departure. This would not be a good place for older persons as the steps are quite steep, it was far enough away from the night life to be quite but close enough to join in if you wanted approx 7 min walk to Bangla Road, the heart of Patong Beach. All in All I would reconend it and return myself.

When we first arrived at Lamai Apartment we were a bit disappointed as the room had a lingering smoke smell and it was a bit farther away from the beach than we had anticipated. However, after three days in Phuket we actually enjoyed being away from the main drag as it was noticeably quieter at the apartments. The facilities are pretty average, but for the price we paid we were very satisfied. To end on a positive, the staff were fantastic! The were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. If you are looking for budget accomodation in Phuket, this place is a winner!
