"This Apartment was excellent, friendly staff, cleaned daily to a high standard. The facilities for this budget priced accomodation were outstanding. I stayed initialy for four days then decided to have a look around Phuket, I did not find anything to compare with this so I returned for a further two days prior to my departure. This would not be a good place for older persons as the steps are quite steep, it was far enough away from the night life to be quite but close enough to join in if you wanted approx 7 min walk to Bangla Road, the heart of Patong Beach. "When we first arrived at Lamai Apartment we were a bit disappointed as the room had a lingering smoke smell and it was a bit farther away from the beach than we had anticipated. However, after three days in Phuket we actually enjoyed being away from the main drag as it was noticeably quieter at the apartments. The facilities are pretty average, but for the price we paid we were very satisfied. To end on a positive, the staff were fantastic! The were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Lamai Apartment has 21 deluxe rooms. There are 15 double bed rooms, 3 twin bed rooms, and 3 single bed rooms.
Double bed is a king size bed 6.0 feet, for 1-2 people.
Twin bed is 2 small beds 3.5 feet, for 2 people.
Single bed is a small bed 3.5 feet, for 1 person only.
All guest rooms are with equipped with air-con, fan, hot shower, private bathroom, TV with 40 channels, DVD player, hair dryer, refrigerator, mini bar, safety deposit box, balcony, and wireless internet connection for free.
The bar and restaurant are located in the garden on the 5th floor of the building, with stunning view of Patong Mountain.
Room rate is not included breakfast.
Other services includes motorbike rental, car rental, laundry, tour information, telephone,fax and wireless internet.
We offer the specail motorbike rental for THB.250-200 per day. There are 6 new YAMAHA automatic motorbikes. They are so easy to ride them around Phuket.
The hotel also offers limousine cars and vans transfer between Phuket airport to Lamai Apartment upon request.
