"I booked a two bedroom suite for my son's birthday, I got a nice unit at the 31st floor and paid only around 5k for an overnight stay.Quite cheap compared with other suites of the same kind but the size of the kitchen and living room is a little narrow compared to others.[Your website]'s rate is the cheapest compared to other booking websites or to Lancaster's published rates. Pictures from their website are quite deceiving, its not that beautiful when you see the actual hotel..I think its over rated..Kitchen amenities are not sufficient,I asked for a microwave, and got nothing..Although I was given 2 free breakfast eventhough its not indicated in my booking.Some staff are really really nice and accomodating, but others are not. We have 2 cars and got only 1 parking for free..Over all our stay was good enough but I believe Lancaster can still improve...Astoria is a much better option if they are fully booked." - IRENE SANTOS
