"We only stayed one night, but were made to feel very welcome, staff very helpful. We thought the menu for evening meal a bit limited so we didnt bother eating in the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely except that the cereal was in one side of the restaurant and cold meats and bread etc was around the corner in the other restaurant! You wouldnt find it if you didnt know. "We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The staff were particularly helpful, cheerful and service was excellent. The view of the Eiger from the terrace was superb. As far as location is concerned, we enjoyed the 25 minute walk into the town, although a regular bus service ran until 7 o'clock at night. We ate in the hotel on a number of nights and the food was excellent. Breakfast fare perhaps could have been a little more varied, but that apart from our perspective, we could not fault the hotel in any regard." - Thomas Cairns
