Hotel rates' great value for money. Location is excellent with eateries nearby. Room is clean with a huge bathroom, comfortable bed and good ameneties. Front desk staff are not fluent in English. Room had a musky & lingering tobacco smell as we saw many guests smoke even on our non-smoking floor. Majority of hotel guests are from China. Breakfast queue was quite a nightmare. Generally ok as hotel staff are helpful.
price was very reasonable compared to the top hotels in Macau..The location is very near Wynn's and MGM hotels. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel. Distance to Ferry terminal is very near. It took us only around 5 minutes to get from hotel to Ferry Terminal.
A combination of modern classic design. Posh bathroom with well-equipped facilities.
Located on 19th - 22nd floor. Exclusively designed for the most discerning guests. Complimentary Continental breakfast, coffee/ tea, evening cocktail serve in the Noble Club lounge.
The hotel is centrally located. Very convenience. Room is very spacious. Services provided by hotel staff, from reception, conceige, baggage service, restaurant, etc are very good. As a Senior Manager of a corporate travel agency myself, I would certianly recommend more client and friend to this hotel.
All's good, breakfast sucks !!!
This is a very good & highly recommended hotel. - The staff speaks excellent English. - Surprise that everything in the mini bar are free (beers & soft drinks) except if you need more. - Good free shuttle service. - Buffet breakfast is the only lacking which should be better based on 5 stars standard. - A small thought of improvements would be, the shower room should change the spot light lightings as just a bit discomfort and hot. (But many hotels the same).
My girlfriend and I stayed here during the week and were able to get the room comparatively cheaply including breakfast. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a very comfortable double/queen sized bed and complementary mini-bar. The room was very clean and well appointed and the bathroom was huge with a shower, seperate bathtub and his and hers sinks. The breakfast was good too. We were impressed and would definitely stay here again.
Great Concierge, Spacious Room and Bathroom. Mini-Bar is free, sparsely stocked but with essentials for the warm and humid weather of Macau. Buffet breakfast is almost exactly the same daily - totally boring for guests staying more than 1 nite.
Very efficient check-in when we arrived at 13:45, though have to wait for cleaning up of the room 15:00. Very clean room and nice bathroom, room size quote small. Free minibar consumption. Breakfast variety very limited. Nice gym and indoor pool.
Service at Reception is fine but not the Information counter at the front of the hotel. Not much English spoken and could not supply very simple queries like shuttle bus timetables to the ferry terminal and the questions were asked in Cantonese. Also operator would not connect a call to Hong Kong or supply the telephone number of a Hong Kong hotel when I was rather desperate to find a number.
I really enjoy my stay at this 5 star hotel.
During 2008, we have stayed at the Landmark for over 20 room nights so this speaks for itself on how we rate the hotel!
the room is fantastic, you dont feel like going out
The hotel is in an excellent location -- easy access to the major casinos and bus route into town. Will definitely recommend to friends who want to visit Macau and stay at a reasonably priced 5* hotel!
My experience at the landmark was enhanced by the hospitable and helpful front desk people. I would like them to improve their personnel at the coffee shop because they could hardly understand english. I also wish they would enforce the smoking ban in elevators. I twice rode with arrogant smokers who pollute the little space in the elevator. My commendation for the room's cleanliness, upkeep and comfort.
