"We were disappointed that our room was not serviced daily even though they charged the same full rate for every day of our stay. Also, tea and milk (4 x sachets) supplied could not possibly last for full duration of the stay (lucky we took our own). If you require extra supplies, reception advises that you will be charged for it. This sort of money-grabbing mentality leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes you feel very much like not going away in the first place. Even ordinary roadside motels do not charge for extra tea or milk and the rooms are serviced each and every day of your stay. Some Australian holiday accommodation venues these days just don't seem like good value for money." - George Black
