Landmark Resort Mooloolaba

The above table summarises our experience. While we had a room with an "ocean view", most of the view was the motel itself.

Stayed 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. In a great position only metres from Beach, Surf Club, Cafes, Shops and Attractions. We had a wonderfull time and have already rebooked for longer stay in a couple months

The Resort is ideally located in the heart of the beautiful busy tourist area. Service is great and staff are friendly. I'll recommend this resort to be consider by anyone who is visiting Mooloolaba.

Excellent Hotel, nice apartment, very convenient location, easy parking and friendly service. Only complaint is that the washing machine/drier is very complicated to use and takes ages. The view from the rooftop lookout is fantastic. This was our third time staying here and would do so again.

From the minute we arrived the staff made us welcome. Greeted in a friendly manner, the room was ready and parking was easy. Building is secure, quiet and handy to everything. We couldnt have asked for more. We will be back. Thanks

The Landmark is an excellent location close to restaurants, Underwater World and across the road from the beach. Make sure you get a unit with a view of the ocean. The only thing was that the bath/shower units are very high and difficult to navigate especially if you are pregnant, elderly or have an injury. However, reception staff did provide a stool to make entering the bath easier.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay bit dissappointed about very small balcony and a very limited sea view when booked a room with a sea view.

This is not a hotel; it is holiday apartments. It's fine for what it is; in a great location walk across the road to the beach or along the esplanade for the heart of all the dining / nightlife. My only negative would be that in the apartment we were in there was pretty much no storage area for clothes. One tiny area where you could hang up 2 03 3 things and had 3 very small shelves. Not much of a problem for a day or two; but not good enough for a longer stay.

The location was brilliant, very close to the beach and restaurants, and yet reasonably quiet. We had a studio room which was tiny! We couldn't fit our bag in the room without tripping over it. Minimal supplies of things like teabags etc. were supplied on the first day only. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and found the location brilliant.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location.The only shortcoming is that this apartment is tiny. If you are a couple living out of two suitcases and two cabin bags, there is little space left for the living part, but if you are eating on the street and using the room to just rest and sleep, it is adequate. It was cheaper than other offerings in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

Very standard hotel, was only there 2 days. My only comment is the air con didnt work properly, also the fans in the bathroom needed to be cleaned out.

Loved how close to the beach and the kitchen away from the bedroom. Could have used the services their book offered, the use of a boggie/body board. They said they were all broken and didn't replace them, take them out of the book that you have in the room, if you don't have them available. Or better yet, buy some, a good service.

We slept on the most comfortable pillows we have ever experienced! We actually bought one from the hotel when we checked out. The heated pool was a little chilly, and the gym could've been cooler, but the location was absolutely wonderful. Immediately outside was the beach, cafes, shops, playground.

The Landmark is a good hotel in a fantastic location with the beach and surf club just metres from the hotel. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented. The hotel facilities are also of a very good standard. This is our second stay at the hotel and it was very enjoyable.

An excellent location ...Close to a perfect, well patrolled, safe beach balcony offered a sneak view of the ocean a great clean swimming pool loved the shape and water features good unit well serviced with crockery and cooking equipment very helpful staff who returned clothing we accidently left in the wardrobe

There was no room servicing at this resort. Any extra household items to those supplied (such as tissues, toilet paper, detergent, clean towels etc.) had to be paid for. We didn't actually need anything extra in four days. Our studio room was clean and comfortable.
