This was an excellent hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning location. We booked a Standard Room but were given an upgrade to a Deluxe Room which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is located on the "strip" just out of town. In addition to the standard hotel offerings (pools, restaurant, gym etc.) it also has the Casino which is quite good. I've stayed here a few times and found it to be clean and reasonably priced with friendly staff and very good facilities.

The quality of the buffet meal was disappointing. The restaurant manager was very nice and appreciated the feedback, he was going to follow up on our comments.
Staff didn't appear to want to be there and in the restaurants stood around chatting to each other whilst customers were waiting to be served. At one stage we were in the cafe and every table had used dishes or glasses on it and the staff didn't attend to it at any time that we were in the cafe.
A bit far out of town otherwise we were very satisfied with facilities, staff and service and would thouroughly recommend this hotel.

Good 5star hotel. Friendly service people and helped me to plan the trips.
Enjoyed our stay although we did book a twin room and received a double room. They then gave us a rollaway bed as there were no twin rooms available. It is a long way out of town if you don't have transport. The domestic staff are much nicer than the reception staff which was a shame. Hotel information is supplied by server on your television which was not working during our two night stay.
Accommodation and service was fine but could not believe that smoking was still allowed in the Casino gaming rooms.
I thought the buffet meal I had one evening was pretty average. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant 'though.
Deluxe rooms very nice and spacious espec ially if on the sunny side of the hotel.. Good facilities and we really liked the complimentary use of mountain bikes that came with the room.
Nice large room, sparsely furnished, but sufficient. Good gym, nice pool, and the Juicy Rump has great meals too.
Best value in Alice at the top end of the market. Rooms are clean and spacious, restaurant food is good and excellent value, particularly the Fri/Sat night seafood buffet. Free ADSL internet in the business room.
Makes Business away from home so much more comfortable. A great place to stay with Fantastic Food and staff at the Juicy Rump.
Compared to the Crown hotel in Alice Lassaters is the place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and they have a great 2 for 1 seafood buffet on Saturday nights. Will stay again.
A little too far from the CBD if you don't have a vehicle. There are no shops nearby.
It is a long walk from the car park while carrying bags. It must be very difficult for older people. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.
Excellent place to stay and the seafood buffet on Saturday nights is real value for money. $37 for two.
