Each apartment is fully self contained with full kitchen facilities. Located amongst the palms and native trees, Tropic Sands is only a short walk from Four Mile beach, the marina and the centre of Port Douglas village.

Getting there:Around 70km from Cairns turn left off the Cook Highway we are sitauated 400mtrs from the main shopping area of Maccrossan Street and beautiful Four Mile Beach. Transfers available with local transfer company or easily self driven.

The service was very good with manager calling twice and checking if we needed airport pickup, providing local info etc. Very friendly and professional. Unit was only average clean, with bedspread stained and not washed in awhile and walls in bathroom dirty in places. Otherwise very good place to stay
A very pleasant smaller comlex with nice little pool area and very handy to shops, restaurants and beach. Really enjoyed our stay here even though the weather disappointing
One bedroom Fully Self Contained Apartment, Queen bed or Two Single Beds with Sofa Bed for 3rd person. All Apartments have balconies.
The apartments were very clean, bright and spacious and in a good location.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
