Good location, less than a 2 minute walk to metro & about 10mins to Opera house. Reception staff were multilingual and breakfast was lovely! Rooms are cosy, but the fifth floor view made up for the size of the room. Very clean bathroom!
Staff friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably large for Central Paris. On the downside, some of the bathroom fittings were a little tired and hot water ran low at times. overall our stay was good.

The location is excellent and very near to the tube station with an abundence of restaurants and bars around the corner. The only fault was a lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Friendly, well-located in the Opera district and across the street from a very nice bistro (Noces de Jeannette). Recommended.
