The Hotel Le Boulevard was built as a hotel during the 1930s and was famous during the golden era of Lido up to the 1950s. It was completely rebuilt in 1985 and restored throughout in 1998. Its magnificent position between the sea and the lagoon makes it the perfect spot for an unforgettable haliday or a tranquil place to stay on businnes. All 45 rooms are tastefully furnished and have every modern amenity exected of a 4 star estabilishment: air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV , telephone, multi channel radio, safe, private bathrooms with bath or shower and hair dryer. The Hotel offers 2 splendid dining-rooms, a bar with spacious terrace for sun-baking in summer, a large room for meetings and riunions for up to 40 people, confortable reading rooms and a convenient car-park. During the summer season the Hotel's clients will be able to enjoj the magnificent Lido beach, famous for its golden sand and crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea. 100 meters from the hotel are the transport connections to venice. 4 boat lines connect Lido and venice every 10 minutes, the triptaking only 12 minutes. The Golden island of Lido is so close to the world famous St. marks Square, the historical , cultural centre of Venice. It is also easy to arrive at the Hotel from the Motorway, railway Station and International Airport marco Polo, with regular public transport connections or private water taxis.

Getting there:BY CAR: At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice there is a road sign which tells you "Tronchetto ferry-boat per il Lido". The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the trip takes 35 minutes. When driving off the ferry then right and continue along the waters edge. After approx 500 meters or 3 minutes drive, then left on Via Corf youll see a church on the corner whe re youll nedd to turn - at the end of this street on the left is the Hotel. FROM THE RAILWAY STATION/AIRPORT : Every 10/50 minutes a boat gets to the Lido very quickly (in 35 minutes). Upon exiting the vaporetto cross the street and walk down the main avenue of the Lido called Gran Viale . The Hotel Le Boulevard is located on the left after walking only one block, the hotel is only 150 meters from the dock and will take approx 2 minutes to walk.

Considering how difficult getting around in Venice is, the Lido is actually a good choice. Le Bouvlevard has well appointed public areas and rooms. This however, was the smallest room of the 5 hotels on my 3 week trip. Least favorite breakfast and least favorite shower of any of the hotels I stayed at. Everytime I showered, a major mess resulted. But, warm and clean, with a variety of languages featured on TV. Interestingly, I stayed at 3 3 star hotels, and 2 4 star hotelss and liked all the 3 star hotels better.
I was so happy with Le Boulevard Hotel on the island of Lido. I would happily stay there again. I would recommend friends to stay there. The staff was great, the hotel was wonderful. The size of the room was tiny, but the bathroom was gigantic, the decor was lovely. Not much of a view, but the service, the breakfast, the hospitality, and the location made up for the lack of a view. Thanks for YOUR service. I will use your service again.
Would like to thank them for helping us a t short notice when the local transport system when on strike and we had to re book for another night. Not only did they help us but the gave us an even better room at a discounted price than the room we had for the previous 2 nights. THANKS!
We stayed in an economy room and was a nice surprice. Very small but clean and had "it all" you need for sleeping and bathing.
A wonderful place to stay, but ensure that you leave time to get to and from Lido. Start early for the ferry when leaving to avoid a big delay. Great place to stay and helpful staff. Breakfast not great.
Very nice hotel at a good location. Near vaporette terminal and excellent spot to explore Venice and the islands. Free internet access is an added plus.
Very impressed! Hotel is very cosy and well decked out to detail. Room was luxurious. Staff were very helpful and very well presented. Morning breakfast buffet has a wide variety hot and cold. Parking is also available for Venice standards. Its located minutes from San Marc Sq by water taxi. I knew I had made a great choice when I saw other tourists only able to reach their hotels by water transport. I would highly recommend this hotel to you.

It was very close to the alilguna and vaporetto boat stop (3 minute walk). There is a nice little grocery store right next door where you can buy bottled water and other snacks. Hotel staff speaks English and were helpful. We would stay there again.
Hotel is actually in Lido which is a short boat ride from Venice. Enjoyed our stay here the hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The accomodations were comfortable. We had a room for four which worked out fine. The bathroom could use some work as the window is right next to the shower and gets soaked when the shower is used.
A four star hotel that we got for a two star price! It was the night that I got engaged, and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or romantic room. The service was great, they were very concerned with how we felt about our stay and our breakfast. It was on the beautiful island of Lido, and not too hard to find from the water taxi station, plus the fact that there were fun bars and restaraunts near by. My only regret is that we did not find it sooner!
The location on Lido is about 20 mins by ferry from St. Mark's and 40 mins from the train station. Plenty of restaurants, and a good buffet breakfast included.
We enjoyed very much our stay at Le Boulevard Hotel Venice. Great location and excellent service.
Had a great time here. We booked for three days on Lido then went to Como.... but even though we had another hotel in Venice for our last night we dumped that hotel and came back to le Boulevard. It has a great location and parking if you have a car. Its on the edge of the main street and it near everything. Beach is 3 min walk... water taxis....2 min walk. Great hotel. Hope to say there again some time.
Good location, 100 m from the LIDO water bus stop, regular water buses to St Mark Sq and other places. Friendly staff. Good restuarants around the hotel area and marginally cheaper than St Marks sq area. Cinema and Bridge club nearby. Rooms faclities ok, nothing to write home about. Breakfast menu included both hot and cold items, more than then a basic continental speard.
Very close to the water taxi drop off from the airport. Great service, spoke english very well. Clean rooms. Good heating and AC. Large bathroom and room.
In terms of location, there is nothing to do or see in Lido. Its about 15 mins from St Marks Square by vaparetto. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the highlight of our stay there!!!
Outstanding hotel..would recommend being compulsory on any Venice trip.
