"I was told that breakfast would be delivered and left outside my door at 7 am. No breakfast appeared. I had to leave at 9 am and there was nobody in the hotel and no means of contacting the staff." - Barry Phillips
"Not given the best room and an air of disorganisation apparent - reception unmanned and the door locked when we arrived. A third bed in the kitchen strengthened an impression that this is a basic hotel focussed on the working week rather than weekend.
