Getting there:There is a tram station adjacent to the hotel, in front of the magnificent Bourse building (Brussels’ stock exchange). The international midi railway station is 10 minutes away by tram or 5 minutes by taxi. The international airport (Zaventem) is 20 minutes away by taxi. You can travel with a direct train from the airport to the central station, which takes 15 minutes. The central station is 10 minutes away from the hotel by foot.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in between 2pm and 3pm. In case of late arrival, please call directly the hotel (phone number provided in your confirmation voucher)
Car parking:No hotel car park. Parking space are available nearby the hotel.
Child Policy:Children under 12 year old are free of charge when sharing parents' room, only breakfast is charged directly. If an extra bed is needed, the extra bed rate will be applicable.

This hotel has a good location and is set well back from the busy Anspachlaan so there is little traffic noise. Room quality was very good - more like 3-star - and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Good location. Good price. Staff unfriendly. Outside door always locked, so you have to ring. When I took a collegue to my room to exchange some papers, the staff run after me saying that was not allowed because I'd paid for 1 person only. I could convince them that we'd be out within a hour. Never experienced such bad staff behaviour.
Good hotel, good room. Quite close to the market square, close to a tram/metro entrance, close to a street full of good restaurants.
